I am often asked, \u201cWhat do you eat for breakfast?\u201d Well, here I\u2019m happy to share with you my weekday \u201cgo-to\u201d breakfast. It\u2019s quick, easy to adapt and it really is delicious. Where possible, I use organic ingredients in all of my recipes. Chia pudding lasts in the fridge for up to a week.<\/p>
