- We discuss your health history, current symptoms and needs and I share my findings about possible imbalances that may be contributing to your symptoms
- We devise a personalised dietary and lifestyle plan to help you achieve your desired goal
- I may recommend relevant supplements or testing
- Tanita Body Analysis machine is used to measure body composition
- We schedule a follow-up consultation

- We review your progress and any test results
- Your personalised dietary and lifestyle plan will be amended appropriately
- Tanita Body Analysis is repeated

DNA Testing
Testing your DNA can reveal targeted information to help address:
- Weight management, dietary issues, nutrient deficiencies
- Mood swings, stress management, fatigue
- Hormonal imbalances
- Histamine intolerance
- MTHFR and methylation issues
- Impaired detoxification
Procedure:
- I recommend the relevant DNA testing for your needs
- You take a cheek swab at home which you send to the lab for processing
- I analyse the results and we discuss them in an hour-long consultation. I provide recommendations to help you support your DNA results
- Follow-up consultations are available upon request

Hormone Testing
The DUTCH test is used to test hormone levels and other key markers to help address a wide range of health issues including:
- Hormone imbalances
- Premenstrual syndrome, perimenopause and menopause
- Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS)
- Weight gain or loss
- Fatigue and sleep issues
- Mood swings, low libido and other disorders
- You take urine samples at home using a collection strip which you send to the lab for processing
- I analyse the results and we discuss them in an hour-long consultation. I provide recommendations to help you address the findings
- Follow-up consultations are available upon request
Test price: CHF 365
Testing is paid by the client direct to the laboratory.

Stool Analysis
Stool Analysis is recommended if you suffer from issues relating to gut and digestive health eg. bloating, constipation, IBS symptoms etc. The tests look at a variety of markers linked to:
- Digestive enzymes
- Gut microbiome balance
- Inflammation
- Parasitic, bacterial and yeast Infections
- Leaky gut
- Stool samples are collected at home using a test kit which you send to the lab for processing
- I analyse the results and we discuss them in an hour-long consultation. I provide recommendations to help support the findings
- Follow-up consultations are available upon request
Test price: CHF 395 – 550 depending on test chosen.

Blood Sugar Control
Monitoring your blood sugar (glucose) level for a two-week period and keeping a food and activity diary can reveal how your everyday diet and lifestyle impact your body. Stabilising your blood sugar level may:
- minimise mood swings and stress levels
- boost energy and improve sleep quality
- enhance weight loss and support weight management
- support hormone balance
- You attach a Continuous Glucose Monitor painlessly to your arm
- You use an App to scan the monitor which provides an accurate blood glucose level reading. Scan regularly over the day for two weeks
- We meet for an hour-long consultation where I explain the results and advise on the right dietary and lifestyle plan for you
- Follow-up consultations are available upon request

Cancellation policy
Please give a minimum of 24 hours notification when a consultation needs to be cancelled. If a consultation is cancelled 24 hours or less before the appointment time, or the client does not attend, the full fee will be charged.
